"I just recently purchased a 2010 450 SXF from Norcal Motorsports. When I finally had the money together I called Eric on his cell phone and told them I was ready and wanted ride the next day. Little did I know they were closed on Monday. But to my suprise Eric and his family went above and beyond for me they came into the shop and and i met them there Monday evening right before Monday night football. His father took care of the paperwork while Eric prepped the bike, looked up part numbers and got me everything I needed. Absolutley the best customer service Ive had in 20 years of purchasing bikes (every year). There shop has lots of stock and whatever they dont have its there the next day. On my way out Eric said lets check your sag so your good to go for tomorrow (he could have pushed me out the door on his one day off mind you) He checked the sag and ended up going in the back and grabbing a spring to swap out just so we could get correct sag for me .. Now thats customer service. If your looking for a Ktm bike or parts or great service dept look no further they are a great family to deal with and I will never purchase a KTM from anywhere else. Thanks again to you guys I hope to see you soon at the track.
